Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping services to add an extra touch of magic to your purchase. Our gift wrapping is done with high-quality paper and attention to detail, ensuring that your gift looks stunning and ready to be presented to your loved ones.

We use Australia Post to deliver your packages. This means we can ship your order to locations all over Australia. We offer two shipping options for you to choose from:

Standard Delivery ($12): If you opt for standard delivery, your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

Express Delivery ($17): Express orders are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays (please note that it might take longer if ordered over the weekend, we will ship your order on Monday when the post office opens.)

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the postal services. 

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia.

Yes, you can easily track the progress of your order. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery. You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

We aim to pack orders as quickly as possible, however, we are a small business and family time is important to us! We will pack your orders the next business day (We are open Tuesday – Saturday).

Yes, we offer a convenient click and collect service for our customers. Here's how it works:

1. Order Online: Browse our wide selection of toys, gifts, and clothing, and add your items to your cart. Don’t forget to mark the goodies you would like gift-wrapped! Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout page.
2. Choose ‘Pick Up In Store’: During the checkout process, select the ‘Pick Up In Store’ option as your preferred delivery method.
3. Pick up In-Store: Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during our open hours. If you place your order the night before, it will be ready by 10 am the next business day to collect from our Buderim Store. 

Our shop hours for click and collect are Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 3pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

We can run your items out to the car when you arrive if you have a sleeping child, can’t find a park, or it’s not possible to bring your kids into the store (trust us, they will want to stay for a loooooong time looking at things). Simply call the shop when you are here, and we’ll nip out and give you the goods!

 If you need your items gift wrapped, please make sure to select gift wrapping at check out and we will have them wrapped and ready for you.

We follow the following guidelines when we pack orders: 

• Biodegradable or Recyclable Packaging: We use packaging materials that are either biodegradable or recyclable. This ensures that our packaging is environmentally friendly and can be disposed of responsibly.
• Reusing shipping boxes: Whenever possible, we opt to reuse shipping boxes. This means that your box might not be in sparkling and perfect condition, but rest assured, it will be sturdy and secure to protect your order during transit. Reusing shipping boxes helps reduce waste and promotes a more sustainable approach to packaging.
• Creative re-use of materials: We take creativity one step further by repurposing our gift wrapping off cuts. We shred these off cuts to create our own packing material, giving them a second life. This helps minimize waste and adds a unique touch to our packaging process.

If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item if possible. If it is not possible for us to replace the item we will offer you a refund.

While we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. Please shop mindfully.

If you purchase an incorrectly sized outfit and we have the correct size in stock we can exchange the outfit with these conditions:

• Contact is made with us within 48 hours of receiving the goods in question. 
• Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.
• The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

Absolutely! At Kuddly Kids, we understand that finding parking can be challenging, especially in busy Buderim. Our building has parking available right at the front, including accessible parking spots, and another car park located at the back of the mall. Please note, the back carpark does require navigating a couple of steps to access the shop.

Yes, there are toilet facilities conveniently located in the mall, including an accessible bathroom with a change table  – just ask for the key!

We want to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our wonderful customers. Our store is designed to be accessible, starting with onsite parking available for your convenience. We also have a flat surface from the carpark to our front door, ensuring easy access for strollers, wheelchairs, and anyone with mobility needs. Just make sure to park in the front (road facing) carpark as there are stairs from the back carpark. We understand that some children (and adults) may have sensory sensitivities and require a more gentle and accommodating environment. At Kuddly Kids, we offer sensory sessions that can be booked in advance. During these private sessions, the shop will have dim lights, no music, and our staff will be calm, respectful, and attentive to your child's needs.
