Shipping

We will do our best to process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.

Delays due to postal services are outside of our control, but we will endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Christmas Shipping & Cut Off Dates:

Christmas is in the air and we have been busy elves packing everyones beautiful orders but the Christmas cut off dates are fast approaching. 

Standard Post:

NT - 10th December

SA, WA & TAS - 13th December

Rest of AUS - 16th December

EXPRESS - 18th December (All states)

Any orders placed after these dates will most likely arrive after Christmas day. Once we lodge a delivery with Australia post its out of our hands and up to the Postal Christmas elves, so we always recommend placing your order as soon as you can.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

Flat fee shipping within Australia only. All shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Orders over $200 - FREE REGULAR SHIPPING

(Please Note: Free Shipping can only be used on full priced items and does not apply with any other discounts, including Treasure Trove items or the welcome discount. As a small business we can only offer one promotion at a time!)

In Store Pick Up - FREE

IN-STORE PICKUP:

We offer FREE pick up from our store in Buderim, and curb-side delivery is also available (free parking out the front). Just give us a call when you are here, and we will drop your treasures to your car.

Orders must be collected during shop hours.

Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 3:00pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and packed. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Same day pickup available for orders placed before 11am on days that our store is open. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we are not currently offering international shipping at this time.

PACKING MATERIALS:

We’re all about keeping it green at Kuddly Kids, so when we ship your order, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging. We like to get creative and reuse boxes we already have. They might not win any beauty contests, but they’re sturdy and ready to protect your goodies. Remember, it’s what’s inside that counts—and we’ve got you covered!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kuddlykids.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
