All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.
Delays due to postal services are outside of our control, but we will endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
We offer FREE pick up from our store in Buderim, and curb-side delivery is also available (free parking out the front). Just give us a call when you are here, and we will drop your treasures to your car.
Orders must be collected during shop hours.
Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 3:00pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and packed. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Â
Same day pickup available for orders placed before 11am on days that our store is open.Â
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not currently offering international shipping at this time.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you havenât received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kuddlykids.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.Â
