Shipping
We will do our best to process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.
Delays due to postal services are outside of our control, but we will endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
Flat fee shipping within Australia only. All shipping costs will be added at checkout.

In Store Pick Up - FREE
IN-STORE PICKUP:
We offer FREE pick up from our store in Buderim, and curb-side delivery is also available (free parking out the front). Just give us a call when you are here, and we will drop your treasures to your car.
Orders must be collected during shop hours.
Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 3:00pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and packed. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Same day pickup available for orders placed before 11am on days that our store is open.
Pre- Order Range:
Pre-Christmas Guarantee - Orders must be placed by 9am Monday the 8th December.
Pre-Order products are not kept in-store, but don’t worry — we will order it just for you!
Once your order is placed, we’ll request it from our supplier and they will ship it directly to you. But please don't worry, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
Free Local Pick Up is also available from our Buderim store.
Please Note: In the lead up to Christmas, We will place Pre-Order orders with our supplier every Monday Morning at 9am. Depending on the order, we will either ship directly from our supplier or from our Buderim store. All orders placed after 9am on Monday will be ordered the following Monday. If you would like your order sooner, please let us know and we will see if we can get it sooner.
BULKY PRODUCT SHIPPING:
Special bulky items are not kept in-store, but don’t worry — we’ll order it just for you! Once your order is placed, we’ll request it from our supplier, and they’ll ship it directly to your doorstep. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Delivery Details:
Bulky items have a $25 flat-rate delivery fee. If you are ordering other (non bulky) products from our collection they will be shipped separately from our Buderim store and incur an additional $10 shipping fee.
Orders are shipped directly from our Australian distributor (not from our Buderim store).
Delivery is available to physical street addresses only — we’re unable to ship bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Post Offices.
Authority to Leave (ATL) must be provided at checkout to avoid redelivery fees. Kuddly Kids cannot be held responsible for parcels left by couriers.
Some remote and regional areas may be excluded due to high freight costs. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. If you would like to check if your address is available for shipping, please get in contact at hello@kuddlykids.com.au
If a redelivery is required, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
Bulky Order Cancellations & Returns:
As these items are ordered especially for you, cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.
Returns must be approved in advance and are only accepted for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not currently offering international shipping at this time.
PACKING MATERIALS:
We’re all about keeping it green at Kuddly Kids, so when we ship your order, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging. We like to get creative and reuse boxes we already have. They might not win any beauty contests, but they’re sturdy and ready to protect your goodies. Remember, it’s what’s inside that counts—and we’ve got you covered!
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kuddlykids.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
