Terms & Conditions:
For all orders over $75 (excluding shipping), customers will receive one free Mystery Lucky Dip with their order. The gift will be a surprise and could be anything from vouchers, products or special treats. Gift will be a minimum retail value of $20.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including but not limited to: Welcome discount codes, free shipping and other storewide promotions.
Treasure Trove (sale) products can go towards the $75 minimum spend.
The Kuddly Kids Voucher ($20-$100 off a future purchase) is valid for one-time use per customer and is valid for one year after issue date.
No rainchecks, substitutions, or exchanges on free gifts.
The promotion applies to online and in-store purchases meeting the required spend threshold of $75+.
Kuddly Kids reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

As part of our birthday celebrations, we’re giving one lucky customer the chance to win back their order! Every purchase made during our Birthday Promotion (March 18 - March 24) will automatically go into the draw, and at the end of the week, we will randomly select one order to be fully refunded—because what’s better than birthday surprises?
How does it work? Every order placed from March 18 - March 24 is an entry. One lucky customer will win back the full value of their order. The winner will be drawn after the promotion ends and notified via email.

We will be working like busy little bees to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as we can, but there will be slight delays with shipping times.
If you would like your order gift wrapped, it may delay the shipping of your order, (but not by much!) We just need some extra time to wrap our goodies. Thank you so much for understanding, and supporting our little business!
Gift Wrapping:
Yes! We will still be offering our complimentary gift wrapping during the sale. As it will be a busy week, please bear with us! If you are visiting us in store and need your goodies wrapped, please be prepared to pop back to pick up your order. We will get to it as quickly as we can, but if we are really busy in store, we may have to pause gift wrapping until things are a little quieter.
Locals, ordering online and adding gift wrapping will be the smoothest way to place your order, and you will be notified when it's ready to pick up.
